From first visit
to certified graduate

• Go to anmutschool.com and click Programs in the top navigation bar.
• Read about each programme — duration, schedule, and what you'll learn.
• If you're unsure, read the comparison table at the bottom of the page — it shows the key differences side by side.
• Still undecided? Select "Not sure — I'd like guidance" on the application form and an advisor will help you choose.

The application is a 4-step form. There is no application fee. Here's what each step asks for:

• Click Apply Now in the navigation bar, or go to admissions.php.
• If you already have an EduNexus account and are logged in, your name, email, and phone will be pre-filled automatically.
• You can go back to any previous step at any time before submitting.
• On submission, you receive a confirmation email with your reference number (e.g. ANM-202501-A3F9B2). Keep this safe.

• Check your email — your confirmation email arrives within minutes.
• An admissions advisor will call you within one business day to discuss your programme, schedule, and funding options.
• If you need to follow up, quote your reference number when calling (555) 000-0000.
• Once admitted, your EduNexus student account is created automatically and you receive your login credentials by email.

• Check your email for the welcome email from Ánmut containing your EduNexus login link, email address, and temporary password.
• Click the login link or go to your EduNexus URL and click Login in the top navigation.
• Enter your email and temporary password exactly as shown in the email.
• You will be prompted to set a new password — choose something at least 8 characters, mixing letters, numbers, and symbols.
• If you lose your password, click Forgot Password on the login page and a reset link will be emailed to you.

• After login, click your name or avatar in the top-right corner and select My Profile.
• Upload a clear profile photo — used on certificates and in instructor communications.
• Verify your phone number is correct — advisors and instructors use this to reach you.
• Add your address if not already filled — required before clinical placements.
• Click Save Changes when done. A green confirmation appears at the top of the page.

• During your advisor call, mention any financial constraints — your advisor will identify every option available to you.
• If applying for WIOA, your advisor will direct you to your nearest American Job Center. You can also visit financial-aid.php for the step-by-step guide.
• For employer reimbursement, let your advisor know your employer name and they will prepare the documentation package.

• Go to your EduNexus dashboard and click My Payments in the left sidebar.
• Select your programme invoice and choose your payment method: Card (Stripe), PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Instalment Plan.
• For bank transfer: transfer to the account shown, then upload your transfer receipt in the payment portal. Your enrolment activates within one business day of confirmation.
• For instalment plans: the first payment activates your enrolment. Subsequent payments are due monthly and shown in your payment schedule.
• After payment clears, your course appears on your dashboard and you can begin learning immediately.

• Your dashboard shows your course progress, upcoming sessions, recent notifications, and pending assignments.
• Click your course name to enter the course player where your lessons live.
• The bell icon (top-right) shows all notifications — click it to see new announcements, grade notifications, and messages.
• Use the left sidebar to navigate: My Courses, My Grades, Assignments, Payments, Profile.

• Click your course, then click Continue Learning or click any lesson in the curriculum sidebar.
• Lessons contain videos (watch fully), text articles (read and scroll to the bottom), and PDF downloads (open or download the file).
• At the bottom of each lesson, click Mark as Complete. The lesson shows a green ✓ in the sidebar when done.
• You must complete lessons in order within each section before the next unlocks.
• Your progress percentage updates in real time on your dashboard and in the course curriculum panel.

• Go to Forum in the sidebar. You'll see discussion threads for your course and programme.
• Click New Thread to post a question. Be specific — include the lesson name and what you've already tried.
• Instructors and fellow students reply. You'll be notified by the bell icon when someone responds.
• Search existing threads before posting — your question may already be answered.

• Click the quiz in the course curriculum. Read the instructions carefully — note the time limit and number of attempts allowed.
• Click Start Quiz. A timer appears at the top if there's a time limit.
• Select your answer for each question. You can review and change answers before submitting.
• Click Submit Quiz when done. Your score appears immediately.
• If you don't pass (below the pass percentage shown), check whether retakes are allowed — the button will show Retake Quiz if so.
• After passing, the quiz shows a green ✓ and your score is recorded in your grades.

• Go to Dashboard → Assignments in the sidebar to see all pending assignments with due dates.
• Click the assignment name to read the full instructions. Note the due date and accepted file formats (usually PDF or DOCX).
• Prepare your work, then click Upload Submission.
• Drag and drop your file or click to browse. File size limit is shown on the upload area.
• Click Submit. You receive a confirmation and can see your submission in the assignment panel.
• You can re-upload your submission before the due date if you need to make changes — the instructor sees your latest upload.

• Go to My Grades in the sidebar to see all quiz scores and assignment marks.
• For graded assignments, click View Feedback to read your instructor's written comments.
• Your overall course grade is shown at the top — it updates as each assessment is scored.
• If a grade seems incorrect, contact your instructor through the forum or email your advisor.

• When all conditions are met, you receive a bell notification and email saying your certificate is ready.
• Go to Dashboard → My Certificates in the sidebar.
• Click Download PDF to save your certificate. It includes your unique certificate number, name, course, grade, and completion date.
• Share your certificate with employers by giving them the certificate number — they can verify it at yourdomain.com/edunexus/verify without needing an account.
